Mr. Adelberg has been the lead in bringing up several manufacturing lines for new products.  For one of his current consulting customers, Mr. Adelberg developed Bid Packages, qualified vendors and brought up manufacturing lines for new products developed by a startup company.

As part of that process, Change Control Procedures were implemented, inventory management, Corrective Action Analysis processes put in place.
