Larry headed up the development process for Hardware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Contract Manufacturing Management and Software Development for a startup video delivery company.  The project included design of an encoder system which connects to IRDs or other video sources, middleware, standard definition Set Top Box and a high definition Set Top Box running linux.

The encoder design included a custom quad DSP design along with a custom I/O card which included FPGA, Sigma Design Video Chip and Philips Video Chips operating on a PCI bus.
