Larry Adelberg has received Patent 7,680,317 for algorithm development for MICR Character Recognition for Check Processing. This unique algorithm combined the optically measured and sampled data with the magnetically sampled data to generate a single pass result with a much higher degree of accuracy than available with a single spectra of data.
